Hosting und Server-Logs
Die Website wird bei Vercel Inc. (USA) gehostet. Beim Aufruf werden technisch notwendige Daten wie IP-Adresse, Zeitpunkt, aufgerufene Seite und Browsertyp kurzzeitig in Server-Logs gespeichert, um die Website sicher und stabil zu betreiben. Dabei können Daten in die USA übermittelt werden.
Keine Cookies, kein Tracking auf der Website
Die Website setzt keine Cookies und keine Analyse- oder Werbe-Tools ein. Ihre Sprachwahl wird nur lokal in Ihrem Browser gespeichert.
Digitale Visitenkarte (/card)
Wenn Sie unsere NFC-Visitenkarte antippen oder den QR-Code öffnen, speichert die Seite eine zufällige Geräte-ID in Ihrem Browser und erfasst anonym, welche Funktionen genutzt werden (z. B. Karte geöffnet, Kontakt gespeichert, Demo ausprobiert). Es werden dabei weder Namen noch IP-Adressen gespeichert. Bei persönlich überreichten Karten ist der Link dem jeweiligen Geschäft zugeordnet. Die Daten liegen bei Supabase (Server in der EU) und dienen nur dazu, unser Angebot zu verbessern und Anfragen nachzufassen.
Kontakt per WhatsApp oder E-Mail
Wenn Sie uns über das Anfrageformular per WhatsApp oder per E-Mail schreiben, verwenden wir Ihre Angaben nur zur Bearbeitung Ihrer Anfrage. Die Angaben aus dem Formular werden dazu zusätzlich in unserer Datenbank bei Supabase (Server in der EU) gespeichert. WhatsApp wird von Meta Platforms betrieben; es gelten zusätzlich deren Datenschutzbestimmungen.
Aufbewahrung
Wir bewahren Daten nur so lange auf, wie es für den jeweiligen Zweck nötig ist oder gesetzlich vorgeschrieben ist.

The website is hosted by Vercel Inc. (USA). When you visit it, technically necessary data such as IP address, time, page requested and browser type are briefly stored in server logs to keep the site secure and stable. This data may be transferred to the USA.
No cookies, no tracking on the website
The website uses no cookies and no analytics or advertising tools. Your language choice is only stored locally in your browser.
Digital business card (/card)
When you tap our NFC card or open its QR code, the page stores a random device ID in your browser and records anonymously which features are used (e.g. card opened, contact saved, demo tried). No names or IP addresses are stored. Cards handed over in person carry a link assigned to that business. The data is stored with Supabase (servers in the EU) and is only used to improve our service and follow up on enquiries.
Contact via WhatsApp or email
If you contact us through the request form via WhatsApp or by email, we use your details only to handle your request. For this, the details from the form are also stored in our database at Supabase (servers in the EU). WhatsApp is operated by Meta Platforms, whose privacy terms also apply.
Retention
We keep data only as long as needed for its purpose or required by law.

Al visitarla, se guardan brevemente en registros del servidor datos técnicos necesarios como la dirección IP, la hora, la página solicitada y el tipo de navegador, para que la web funcione de forma segura y estable. Sin cookies ni seguimiento en la web
La web no usa cookies ni herramientas de analítica o publicidad. Tu idioma elegido solo se guarda en tu navegador.
Tarjeta de visita digital (/card)
Cuando tocas nuestra tarjeta NFC o abres su código QR, la página guarda un identificador aleatorio en tu navegador y registra de forma anónima qué funciones se usan (por ejemplo: tarjeta abierta, contacto guardado, demo probada). No se guardan nombres ni direcciones IP. Las tarjetas entregadas en persona llevan un enlace asignado a ese negocio. Los datos se guardan en Supabase (servidores en la UE) y solo sirven para mejorar nuestro servicio y dar seguimiento a las consultas.
Contacto por WhatsApp o email
Si nos escribes con el formulario por WhatsApp o por email, usamos tus datos solo para responder a tu solicitud. Para ello, los datos del formulario también se guardan en nuestra base de datos en Supabase (servidores en la UE). WhatsApp lo opera Meta Platforms, cuyas condiciones de privacidad también se aplican.
Conservación
Conservamos los datos solo el tiempo necesario para su finalidad o el que exija la ley.
Tus derechos
